CREATE, REPAIR, RESTORE AUTOMOTIVE & MACHINE PARTS

Starting out in the 1980's as an Apprentice Fitter and Turner Technician COT (Certificate of Technology), doing Machine Tool Construction, Maintenance and Design, then onto Maintenance Planner / Reliability Engineer, I have acquired over 4 decades mechanical, electrical and mechatronics experience in light, heavy, resources and complex manufacturing industries using assembly, machining, moulding, processing, mining and extraction, packaging machines, jigs & fixtures.

This extends to mobile plant & equipment such as light vehicles, trucks and earth moving machinery, with my main passion and hobby being modified cars in all shapes & forms.

I have a long association with fabrication of custom and race car parts, tweaking & tuning, and experience of the 'adrenal rush' competing in forest rallies and circuit racing and travelling throughout Australia via 4WD vehicles.

I'm a long-time expert with implementing MEX CMMS for planning work, managing plant, equipment and assets requiring Work Orders and record keeping for compliance/statutory reasons, resourcing parts & labour, certification logging, usage, costs and much more!

I’ve also followed another passion as a qualified Driving Instructor imparting skills, knowledge and wisdom throughout Australia with people of all ages be they a Learner, Advanced, Defensive or 4WD Tuition participant.
